Do Penis Exercises Really Work?
By James Ott
Normally the basic regimen starts with a hot wrap around the head and shaft of the penis
avoiding the scrotum. Do this for about 4-6 minutes at the beginning. Then a manual stretch of the penis. Follow the guidelines of your program.
They will show you through videos how to do this. You can follow that with an exercise known as Jelq'ing which is manually increasing the blood
pressure to the glans (head of the penis) thus adding more blood and tissues, vascular to the penis. Each of these exercises are repeated a
certain number of times just as you would do for any exercise. You would then finish with another hot wrap around the penis.
Some experts then add an exercise known as the Kegel Maneuver which is an exercise using the
muscle that impedes the flow of urine. Clenching and unclenching the muscle on a repetitive basis can add to sexual performance although not
directly to the size of the penis. Some of the benefits of working this muscle group are: to help men in maintaining control of erections and
ejaculations, increases the flow of blood to the penis and probably most important aids men in preventing premature ejaculation. A definite boon
to all men.
So, yes, a good penis exercise program can add length, width and aid in adding hardness to this
most important organ of the body.
Finally, a last word of advice. Take it easy and take it slow. You are not in any competition
with anyone and only have to please yourself. And above all, find a reputable program and follow their guidelines.
